How much are the deposits on each aircraft?
AFAIK, a deposit on the SR20 is $15,000 and it’s non-refundable (though positions seem likely to remain highly saleable as long as Cirrus has an order backlog). Cirrus have also said that SR20 position holders will have the option to switch to an SR22.
The SR22 deposit is, I believe, $5000 and is refundable. Once the plane goes into production you will presumably have to convert this to a non-refundable deposit - that’s what happened with the SR20.
Exactly how the positions for the two planes will relate is not clear at this time, and Cirrus have not elaborated, nor given a definite timetable for the SR22.

The SR22 Deposit is also $15,000 and fully refundable. As far as position numbers go, If i understand what Cirruss has said, they wil be based ont he date you deposit is taken so if you have an SR20 deposit from last year that you would want to switch, it should be at the beginning of the pack.
