As director in charge of all thing fun, the official ceremonial dress of COPA is “dress blues and tennis shoes”, (or nicer). The blues means COPA blue shirts in this case. Andy N only wore a tux because he had rented it for a wedding the prior week and he wanted to get the most out of his rental.
