After downloading the SR22 to FS 2002 , the only avionics I get is the PFD. No MFD, no Garmins, no round gauges and no eng gauges.

oh dear, perhaps you downloaded the cessna one by mistake [:)]
You will need to have FS2004 for the Garmin 500. If you look closely you will see a screen shot of which panel in 2002 and 2004 you are getting. The instructions will explain how to work the round engine gauges.
