Migration Attendees have the option to add a 3 hour flight training session during Migration. There’s no better way to learn more about your airplane and how to fly it than registering for a flight with an experienced Platinum CSIP! You will learn about risk management, avionics, and systems in your airplane. Each session will start with a short cross-country flight followed by a traffic pattern and normal landing. From there, it’s your choice of what you would like to work on for the remainder of the three hour session.

Flight slots will be available Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon, Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning.

Once you purchase your flight training ticket, you will be contacted by someone from COPA University to confirm details and times for the flight slot. Transportation will be provided between Omni Amelia Island Resort & Fernandina Beach Airport.

All registrations, including flight training and other add-ons, can be purchased via the “Tickets” page on the Migration Registration website.

Thank you,
Ethan

Who is interested in golf on Thursday afternoon? The course is nice and if we get several we can have a little competition.

So far I’m not real impressed with the hotel’s booking website. It gave me this after I went through the whole process of selecting dates and options, picking a room, and entering my payment details. With two different web browsers, as well.

Sorry you are having troubles with the booking… We will have someone reach out to you to help…

I called the hotel and spoke with a human to make the reservation. Felt a bit retro, but it was effective. :winking_face_with_tongue:

I also alerted them to the issue and sent them the cloudflare error codes.

I’m in for golf on Thursday, but we need to tee off by 1000am to allow time for a 4-1/2 hour round, then a bite to eat and shower before COPA Cabana at 530pm

Thanks Scott. Who else wants to join us?

Scott, I thought you would golf as fast as you ski? :skier:

I do, if there is nobody ahead of me :in_hole:
I teed off my home club Saticoy on Saturday afternoon at 4:38pm and finished at 7:22pm…. walking while carrying my bag ! Could have done it 45 - 60 minutes quicker with a cart, but I love the exercise.
