I am sorry that you are having trouble. I just checked and you are registered using your gmail account. Try logging into the app with that email address (if you have not already done so). We do want to track down these gremlins!

I’ve deleted the app; it’s been nothing but a huge PITA since I installed it. It never once acknowledged I had paid. I really don’t have the time to deal with its failings right now. Since I’m “on the list” I’ll just find a human at check-in and go from there. Have a safe trip out!

App works great here. And my wife retrieved her social ticket no problem (even knew she may do partner in command).
You do need to log in with the email used at purchase/registration. No password required.

Well I guess we will be sitting at the “commercial arrivals table” as well with Dave… we can catch up on the Covid thread!
My MFD died and we sent to Avidyne overnight for repair. It went out 9/8 and they have no exchange units and can’t fix mine by 9/22….

That sucks. Sorry to hear. My excuse is that the time frame got too squished and I didn’t want to get into a situation of HAVING to be somewhere. I was hoping to make the trip a leisurely amble across the west.
Someday I’ll be an empty nester with nothing going on in my life!

Well, I’ve bought our non-refundable airline tickets and I hate to waste money, so you may see me there. Are they giving out name tags? Anybody know what Carl looks like?
The FAA doesn’t think so, but for me personally, having that thing go out would be a 7700.
How are ya going to find the airport? Egads.

FWIW, I deleted the Backstage app and re-downloaded it. After searching for COPA and entering my email address (and using the one-time code) I’m now able to see my tickets. Yippee!

Odd. I logged into the App, and it only shows that I am in Roger’s maintenance class, mentions nothing about my ticket to the main 3 day event, and is encouraging me to buy a $749 ticket that I already possess. Kind of clunky.
Agreed, we are looking to see if we can change it slightly.
