Another SR-22 Lost

Early reports indicate that the aircraft that crashed near Ashville N.C. was an SR-22. The pilot and his wife were frequent visitors to the area. In is unfortunate that we have lost another family. Few details are available. This makes 2 fatal accidents resulting in 5 fatalities for the month of December in Cirrus aircraft. What are we doing wrong??? I know that this is not a Cirrus issue as there were several other fatal accidents but Cirrus seems to get a disproportionate amount of criticism due to the parachute and it’s ability to save lives.

God Bless the family.
