Unable to access my member account after updating expired CC

Hello,
I’ve paid to update my account after my credit card expired, but am unable to access my member account. I’ve sent two emails and called but got a full voicemail and no answer trying to regain access. I’m guessing the staff might be on vacation? I’m missing my COPA forums! :smiley: someone help!
