Since ya’ll probably need cheered-up, here are a couple shots from back in the Midwest, where Mother Nature is reminding us who is still boss.
View of getting started in 80 acre field suffering from late season wind damage…normally takes 8 hours to harvest turned into a 4 day nightmare.
Kent, I can’t quite make out the grass strip in the photo for the requisite taildragger.
good point, fortunately we are so far in the boondocks, there are often no power line poles so we use just the roads and pull off at the field entrance.
Three guys who have been to every Migration (Mike, Laz, and Bernard) and one who has been to all but one (Gordon), all wearing our First Migration 2003 shirts.
