Performance plea for the new birds

Several posts, including the one directly below this, seem to suggest Cirrus was actually conservative in quoting performance figures for the SR-22 (unless that guy below had a 40kt tailwind)

It sounds like climb is closer to 1600fpm and speed might be more like 185kts. Which of course, the math based on gains in speed per HP…blah blah… would suggest.

All of this is my nice way of saying:

Would some of you lucky devils who’ve got their hands on the new kid through us poor saps on the wait-list a few more crumbs of info… please!!!

Just a note when the controller asked what type he was he told him. He was courious as his groundspeed was so high indicating 220 knots on his atc radar. dont know the winds that day.That baby must really cook.
