This month’s Plane & Pilot had a write-up on oil separators. Very complimentary, commenting on no real downside, and upside of reduced grease on belly, and lower oil temps due to being able to hold more oil. DID SOMEONE SAY LOWER OIL TEMPS?
To those with more understanding of engines than me, is this worthwhile and realistic?
I believe it’s a good gizmo to have, but it’s a moot point for you… and for me. SR20’s already have 'em - at least, mine does. I think they’ve always been standard on the '20.
