New SR22T - any thoughts of Cirrus factory leaseback?

Looking to buy new SR22T and considering going factory leaseback route. Any experience / advice?

What would be depreciation during 4 months leaseback period?

I see three main advantages

  1. Can get airplane sooner than through normal queue (though I may have a possibility to take an earlier production slot)
  2. May be able to claim ICE exception
  3. Get early problems taken care of by someone else

Natural downside is letting someone else use my new plane…
