Sponsorship / Vendor Lead - This person would work with the Board and Migration Chair to Identify Vendors / sponsors, Solicit Vendors / sponsors and work with them during Migration. Our sponsors help pay for Migration!

This is a MASSIVE opportunity to get involved in COPA — and honestly, it’s where my journey began!
8 years ago I raised my hand with Migration, then was asked to join the board… and look where that took me with COPA (for better or worse :winking_face_with_tongue:)

We’ve built a rock-solid framework for COPA Migrations, built on the works of those before me — but we’re not done.

We’re looking for passionate, driven volunteers to build on top of it, push boundaries, and make it even MORE legendary.

Plus, volunteers that serve the COPA Migration Committee get a few perks!

This is your chance to leave your mark. We are stronger :flexed_biceps: together! Join the team!

20 years ago this month I had been on COPA for about four months and a new owner (Jan 3, 2006)

I innocently asked Mike Radomsky, “Hey, Mike, I live here in Duluth, is there anything I might be able to do to help you out with this Migration event here this summer?”

I had no idea it would lead to this much fun and adventure over the next two decades…:smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I’d like to point out that the dates listed in my original post are incorrect!
Sept 17-19 2026 are the correct dates for Migration!
