Have you tried the AOPA insurance program? I got a much lower quote than that, for a model C, through them.

Didn’t say if it was an SR20 or SR 22
(or is the C just the SR20, hell I can’t remember)
Anyhow, I was quoted $2800 from AOPA, zero deductable $1 million max for my “B” model SR20. I have about 350 hours, am IFR rated with half my time high performance, complex. I will keep my plane in a hangar. No accidents or losses in my history and I fly about 100 hours per year.
Before I sign up for this, I am going to get a quote from the other company mentioned in this thread.
BTW, with regards to landing an SR 20 I understand that the definition of a good landing is one you can walk away from but a great one is one where you can use the plane again.

Mark, thanks I am waiting on a quote from AOPA. Unfortunatly I am low time amd working on IFR. But at least I can see it should come down with time and training. How about the insurance agent question, “How much time in type?” WELL DUH!
I will be getting #110 this week. C model. I obtained one million liability with no sublimits for @ $2800. 1400hrs, IFR, Commercial, and will hangar the aircraft.

Did you go through AOPA? What insurance company did you go with? Thanks for sharing.
