Can anyone please help? I need some suggestions as to where to go for reasonably priced insurance on an SR-20. The name & phone # of the agency and name of the insurance carrier would be helpful. I was just quoted $4875/yr. for $230M hull coverage and $1,000M smooth liability. If I was new to this game of flying, I would expect a large premium, but I have an ATP and 20,000 plus hours. This is almost double the premium on my C-185 (and that policy allows off-airport landings)!
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try Susan at SkySmith (515) 289-1439. This is a great org, responsive and they get just about the best quotes I’ve seen.
