2004 U.S. Custom Decals

The news everyone has been waiting for!!! OK, OK, perhaps I overstepped a tad. Anyway, I just received an email from the U.S. Customs Service, which, I suppose, is now part of the TSA, informing me how to renew or obtain a decal for 2004. I have appended the text of the email below.

If you are contemplating flying your plane into the United States at any time n 2004, you will need a decal. Anyone attending the http://www.cirruspilots.org/public/calendar/index.pl2004 COPA Bahamian Adventure III will definitely need one. I think the cost is still $25 and it is good for the calendar year.

I got the same email. Unfortunately, there were no other instructions in the email. Assuming I wasn’t the only one, here’s what you have to do
a. Go to the website : www.cbp.gov
b. Travel
c. User Fee Decal Program
d. Register (only if this is the first time and you have not registered before), if you’ve already registered, ie. last year, insert your User ID and Password.
e. fill in the form
