SR22 Avidyne/S-Tec Altitude Alerter

Hi,

Can anyone inform me if there is an Altitude Alerter function included in the above configuration aircraft eg for use at MDA?

I don’t know the answer… Maybe no audio alert?

There are at least 4 quite different S Tec AP’s models factory installed in Cirri. You may want to be more specific. Also, what type of alert are you inquiring about? Audio? Visual?

Not on a PFD equipped plane for sure. Maybe on the older ones with the altitude preselect, but I doubt it.

I used to have an Stec autopilot before I upgraded to a DFC90. AFIK there is no such alert on the Stec.
