I am a AP/IA and removed a 2 blade Hartzell prop from a SR20 that I exported to Europe (only 3 blades allowed). I had prop overhauled due to calender time, no damage. 0 hours since overhaul, 376 hours total, like new polished spinner assy, complete with overhaul documents.
