Your preference for doing max performance landings like this in smooth air, and to be careful doing so in gusty winds, is good advice. The margin above stall might not be there if the gusts suddenly abate.

Nice work. I like the CIES senders. Apparently they are better than the factory installed sensors on the 2009 G3TN. I’m thinking about upgrading myself.
