After presenting the keys to the 100th SR20 on December 18th, I was eagerly checking the NEWs at DC’s site, but no there was not another plane ready, posted there. This morning they are up to 106!!!
Terrific news! I thought they were just partying after the 100th, but I was totally wrong.

Hey all of you,
this contribution comes right out of Duluth. We proudly accepted the keys of N747TG on Dec. 29, S/N 1106. Its a C model with 3 blade, stormscope and cloth seats. Empty weight is 2100 lbs.
It flys wonderfully, the weather is good (but lousy cold), everybody at Cirrus is working hard and smiling at the same time, and, yes, I believe they have reached 1 a day.
We had only very minor squawks upon delivery and will soon be off to Florida.

Has the one a day target for the end
of 2000 been hit ?
I’ve been trying to track/predict when my SR20 will
actually be delivered. The 2nd and 3rd columns of my
spread sheet are from Cirrus’s original guestimate.
The 3rd and 5th columns are the “best” actual number of
planes that were built based on CD’s and this site’s comments.
If somebody has a more accurate numbers I would appreciate
them.
I looks like (I'm sure somebody will correct me,
if I’m wrong) CD was up to 14/month in Nov and dropped
slighlty in Dec which is okay since Santa needs some
attention too! They did meet (exceed) their goal of 100 planes
by the end of the year. (down from the original 211)
It looks like they are up to about 0.3 to 0.4 planes
per day. It’s in the right direction!
What messes up my projection is the SR22. My #423 is
scheduled for this AUG (Fits in the original forcast).
I don’t have a clue how the SR22 modifies the plan.
