After all the speculation about the ICDS 2000 I decided to check with Arnav to ask them about the display, their plans for upgrades, and its competitiveness with others in the market.
Not a fruitful exercise. The web site inquiry form doesnÂ’t work (at least with my browser), the email inquiry address is no good (bounces my mail back), and my two calls last week have only resulted in polite but unfulfilled promises of return calls when the “right person” gets in, two of whom have been mentioned.
Not an impressive company, at least from my experience so far.
