need suggestions for SR-22 block rate or lease

So I have the opportunity to fly a 2003 SR-22 with PFD/MFD and TKS, former demonstrator with about 600hrs on it, from a guy who stepped up to a twin. He doesn’t want to sell it outright, and asked me to make a ‘proposal to fly it hourly, lease, or partner in it’.’ He wanted to avoid writing a large check to the bank to sell the plane, it sounded like.

As owners, do any of you have a suggestion for structuring this? I imagine I would only fly it about 50-70 hours a year.


So nobody has any suggestions on structure or what amount is fair to offer? that’s surprising.
