My husband has 800 hours of VFR, lives in Costa Rica, cirrus in Dallas. And would like to take to Costa Rica for a year. His aviation insurance agent has not been able to find him coverage for central america which is required to land. He has an IFR ATP pilot who will be fly with him from Dallas to Costa Rica. Any ideas?
