Just returned from a flight to Glens Falls New York.
Simply Superb !!! The service at Empire East is great and the airport and area are a nice destination to visit !! Hey David how about setting up a fly-in ?
We took the kids ( < 2 year old ) to The Magic Forest which they enjoyed very much. The option for older kids and adults is Great Escape - and Lake George is always an option.
What a nice place to fly to - great field – superb facilities with a restaurant on the field and a new FBO operator also ( Empire East ). They met us upon arrival with the rental car parked in the shade on a hot day — directions and lots of support for us and the kids.
Stop into GFL and say hi to Matt - the owner of Empire. He loves Cirrus aircraft and would welcome visitors from the Cirrus flock !
