Wx permitting, YES; rain date is the next day.

FTIW A pilot based at Lake George/Glenns Falls told me there is major construction in process at the airport. Should be no problem getting in but parking may not be ideal.

Could somebody please post more details about the fly-in, like what time and if there’s food ?

True - they’re repaving the ramp directly in front of the FBO. Seems to be enough parking elsewhere, though, and we’ve been offered ramp space near the hangars if we run short. Hope we have that problem.

Wish I could attend. The Finger Lakes

are georgeous! Consider flying some
time to Skaneakeles, NY. 6B9 is a
few miles from the picturesque village
with its inns, restaurants, and
day/dinner lake tours on a boat.
Sailboat rentals also available.

Hello Everyone,

The ECCFI 2 is scheduled for Saturday, June 23. Rain date, which appears more and more likely at this point, will be Sunday, June 24. (Mike Radomsky is in charge of the weather this time!) The airport is Glens Falls, NY (GFL)

Arrival time is 10:30-11:00. There will be coffee and donuts for early arrivals. We have the pilots lounge reserved at the FBO for our use, and there is a restaurant on the field for lunch.

Locally there is Lake George, the beach, and a Six Flags Amusement Park, plus lots of outlet shops.

If you plan on attending and have not yet e-mailed me your info (number of guests, plane type and tail, etc) please send it to me at ferrari@twcny.rr.com
