Actually, it’s just certified for the IOF-240B, not for the engines in the SR20 and SR22. But it’s a start, and certainly encouraging…

Actually, if you look on page 4 of the “Experimental Aircraft FADEC Catalog” on the FADEC website, it does say that it’s FAA certified for the Lycoming IO-360-180 engines.
I think that now they have demonstrated to the FAA that the system will work and is reliable, STC’s for other engines will come RELITIVELY quickly.
