I was informed that SAGEM no longer supports repair or parts for this unit. Does anyone have any information other than this. These were MFDs that came in the early Cirrus models. I was looking to replace the engine monitoring thermocouples so I called them to check the part numbers and was told they no longer have parts. Of course they no longer repair the unit if it goes south…disturbing to say the least.

That is correct. SAGEM discontinued support for the ARNAV MFD late last year. I have a backup unit in my hangar for when mine goes south. You probably have the part numbers for the thermocouples in the ARNAV documentation that should be with your airplane. You may be able to buy them from another source.
