One way I have found is to click on the print thread tab. It displays all responses on one page without having to click back and forth. After reading I just close without printing.

I can also read without my reading glasses. There may be another way of doing this, if so please advise.

Note that pretty much the same view can be seen by selecting “Flat” instead of “Threaded”. In fact, you can set your preferences (from the “Control Panel” at the top of the screen) to default to the “Flat” view if you prefer it.
