What's the status on the SR20 weight increase

Does anyone have info on when, how and

how much it will cost to have the payload weight increase available? Basically it may allow

you to look at the sr20 as a 4 place medium sized aircraft

I visited the factory on June 15. I didn’t hear the date for the increase, but their glossy brochures already say “3000 lb gross weight”.
