Would the parties involved please

let us know what happened during
the two incidents recently. I am speaking

of the tire failure and the engine

failure. Are we talking about design,
maintenance, or manufacturing problems?

With respect to the engine failure we will not know until Continental (probably observed by the FAA) tears down the engine. The plane was trucked to Campbell field last Friday.
