Clyde,
I was looking through the pix section when all of a sudden I had to press together my eyes due to extreme glearing. When I put on my sunglasses I saw it was your bird standing there in the factory. Congrats, it just looks beautiful!
Clyde, I am especially interested in the ferrying route for your plane. Do you think your ferry pilot will be so kind to write a short (actually I’m hoping for a long) report on this trip together with his impressions about the SR20? I am sure this will provide for a lot of fun. Too much time has gone by since the last story, don’t you think so?
The SR20 and this forum are stealing a lot of my sleep but strangely enough I couldn’t care less. It wasn’t so when my kids robbed my sleep, then I did care, and a lot.

Yes, Robin Leach is the pilot, and he will be emailing daily reports where possible. I will put together a log, and he has said that he will write up a report on the trip and the plane.
The expected route is:
Duluth - Hayward - Oakland ( KOAK ) - Honolulu (PHNL) - Christmas Island (PLCH) - Pago Pago (NSTU or Apia NSFA) - Norfolk Island (YSNF) - Brisbane (YBBN) then after clearing customs, Archerfield (YBAF) - our home field.
Thanx a lot. I can’t wait for the report so I can imagine how you must feel.
Best wishes,
Placido
