Others have said it, but Garrett Reisman killed it at the Saturday Banquet. He was informative, funny (tipping point in his comparison of the Cirrus and the Shuttle was the “personalized floor mats”), and endearing. Thanks to Board Member Jim Ratley for discovering Garrett.
For those that don’t know, Garrett is a former Nasa Astronaut who flew on several shuttle missions, did three space walks and now has the somewhat important job of being the Director of Space Operations for Space X. And he drives a Cirrus.
