I’m flying to St. Lous and am considering Spirit airport and also downtown airport as a destination. Anyone have any recommendations.

Both are great airports. I’m at Spirit, and my office is right accross the street, which might be helpful if you’re looking for a ride, dinner, good company, etc. Also a good Cirrus service center at Spirit.
Both are busy, controlled, essentially one long major runway, with good services. Good approaches at both, although Spirit has ILS in both directions. Parks is closer to downtown; Spirit is closer to the suburbs.
