Adroit Aeronautics, Inc has applied for an STC to add cooling to the SR20 engine accessories, including improving the cooling for the engine driven vacuum pump. Approval of the STC is expected in the next two weeks. The STC will be immediately available upon approval.
Also, Adroit will be conducting test flights to study how engine area temperatures are effected by the various factors including addition of newly available components, including STC’s. Test results will be available as soon as they are in (about three weeks).
