I recently flew the Cirrus SR20 that’s available at my local flight school. It’s a 2015 Cirrus SR20-G3. I want to take my 3 children up in the air and I want to make sure I’m able to communicate with all 3 in the rear. I have the typical headsets that plug into the C172S with one connector for mic and one for head phones. I ordered two Lemo 6 pin connectors to use in the Cirrus. The bottom left of the attached picture shows ANR & ANR Rear. Can they both be used at the same time or only one of those can be used? Because I can then plug two headsets using the Lemo 6 pin connector in those. I can use the remaining Head phones and mic slots for the other 3 headsets.
Also, they were telling me it’s a 200 HP and doesn’t require High Performance Rating, although I have that as well. But online at flightaware it shows Engine specs as “CONT MOTOR IO-360-ES (Reciprocating) Horsepower: 210” . Exactly which document can I check to see the exact horsepower. Will the POH have that information somewhere?
This is what I purchased on Amazon to connect the headsets (GA Headset to 6 Pin Lemo Connector Aviation Headset Adapter - By R SPIDER WIRELESS Store)
You may use all the ANR jacks simultaneously; what you must avoid is using the ANR jacks and the associated dual plugs for the same seating position simultaneously.
The SR20 you are looking at is powered by a TCM, IO-360-ES, 200 HP engine. Have a look at POH Section 7-35.

I went flying last weekend in it and yea it has 3 seats, but only good for 3 small kids. Two adults and a child will be difficult. Maybe 1 skinny adult and 2 children.
