ARNAV Engine Monitoring STCed?

I looked up the ARNAV site and found that a foot note was added to the end of Peter Morton and Delmar Fadden’s report, saying:

“Footnote: EngineView is FAA TSO, STC, and PMA approved for retrofit in piston and turbine engine aircraft”.

  • Is this a new footnote?

  • Does anybody has more experience with the system now?
