Folks, we would appreciate a bit of patience on getting the room block set up with Green Valley Ranch as they need a week or so to get us into our system. A couple of things to note:
- Once we are in their system you will be able to go on line and register under our room block at the Hotel without calling their reservation desk.
However, registering for your room does not register you for M16. COPA’s registration page will take several months to launch as we need to develop our social and educational programs so we can provide the necessary content on our registration website. We hope to have the COPA registration website up by March, but it always seems to end up being around May or June as there is a lot of wood to chop. But you can certainly reserve your room once GVR gets us in their system and I’ll post when that happens.
- Here are the room rates that we negotiated:
As last year we negotiated for a block for rooms that we believe will accommodate all attendees, however we have the problem of having to guaranty 80% of the rooms so we have to relatively careful. As such it pays to register with the Hotel early, but again we need a week or so to get into GVR’s system.

Awesome news, love Vegas!! Will be there for sure, most likely the wife will be coming this time too as she loves vegas…we did get married in Vegas earlier this year…now to find out who is going to babysit for us…
The TAFOY intersection is just south of Las Vegas New Mexico… From there you can go direct Henderson at 10-12000 with plenty of clearance.

You will probably need to be at 12000 for ATC to pick you up… I didn’t have an ADSB transponder on my last trip through and they said they wouldn’t be able to get me at 10.

KDUX usually has reasonable fuel prices and has a great BBQ restaurant within walking distance.
Well, I reserved our room and we are flying the Cirrus to get there. I’m looking forward to a great trip!
