all the pics of sr20’s and 22’s thus far not been in the 1024x768 format, making it diffucult to use any of them as wallpaper. anybody have or know of some in the 1024x768 format?

Hi Nico,

Mostly, “web” photos are posted as 640x480, both to save bandwidth and so that they’ll fit on any monitor. I can’t speak for Clyde and others, but my photos start out being (about) 1750x1150 pixels; they get adjusted from there (for thumbnail or full view).

I’ll be happy to send you the URL for the full resolution versions of any of the photos; just let me know which you want. They’re about 750K bytes each vs. the 60K or so for the ones I have on my photo page.

BTW, I’ve also had some panel shots taken in large format - hopefully suitable for a cockpit poster. I should get to see the proofs of those soon, maybe even today.

Hey Mike,

Thanks for the offer. All your pictures turned out great, but I think my favorite was the one with the grass in the backround. If you wouldn’t mind sending that one on over I would aprreciate it. Also I am very interested in any of your cockpit shots. Thanks, and I’m glad some guys are actually out there enjoying the SR20 instead of just daydreaming the rest of the delivery date wait away.

Mike: Are you going to do up a cockpit poster? If so, will it be the SR-20 or SR-22? I keep getting the 172 poster from Sporty’s and keep wishing for an SR-22 one.

If the photo is good enough, I’ll make a poster. My airplane is an SR20, so that’s what it’ll be!
