Go to the COPA main page (same link as at the bottom of this page) and you will see it. I presume that it will also be added to the “Member pages” list in the left hand frame of the main page when the webmaster gets a chance.
At the moment, you can also get it from the CPPP page as it was developed initially as part of the Pilot Proficiency Program.
