This PPR form is required from Bent Wing to be filled out prior to arrival for Migration. It is going to help Bent Wing maintain a high level of efficiency in their operations for our attendees.
Please take a moment to look over the details, then download the form, fill it out with the required information, and email back to Bent Wing with the provided email address on the form.

Ethan, thanks for the heads-up! A separate PPR is required for each landing. What’s the guidance for those of us who signed up for flight training? We’ll need to fill out two form copies and we’ll need to know the training schedule to put in exact dates and times.
From Bent Wing: If you are planning on doing any of the Training Flights with a CPPP Instructor, please indicate on the PPR form the day and time slot you will have. They will issue you two PPR #s based on arrival and then a training flight time.

@IgorSereda flight registration will close a week before the event. I would anticipate that we’d get the schedule completed shortly after that. If you have a preference of Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon, please let me know. And I will make a note of it.
