I want to give a shout-out to Signature at MKC. They lost track of some personal belongings that I left in their care during Migration. Minutes after my wife told someone at the desk, four Signature employees sought me out on the ramp for more details and immediately assured me they would make it right. After they appeared to search much of the airport and their buildings, a customer service manager and someone else in charge came back to the plane as I was completing the preflight to get contact info and again, to tell me they would make it right.
One short week later, they spent at least $350 replacing my missing belongings and shipped it to me at home.
They didn’t have to do that, but did so anyway with no hesitation. Very impressive customer service and customer care!
