Icom Customer Service

For those considering the purchase of a handheld navcom radio, I wanted to pass on my recent experience with Icom.

My radio is four years old, and out of warranty. I was having a problem and was put in touch with a person who bent over backwards to resolve the issue. I had hoped that they would meet me half way - they met me 100% of the way.

FYI. Their stock is high with me!
