Some Members have had trouble with the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center recognizing our Group and Group Rate. While these issues have pretty much been resolved, we have now added a link which will take you directly to the Hotel’s reservation system where you can reserve your room under the Group Rate. Here is where you can find the Link on the Registration Website:

PLEASE NOTE: We have a limited number of rooms at the Group Rate of $179 ($228 with taxes and Resort Fee). As of Monday we had used up 1/2 of our room block. We are negotiating with the Hotel for an increased block of rooms. However, it looks like that we will SELL OUT at our existing Group Rate and we can’t guaranty availability or rates once we have reserved our room block, so REGISTER EARLY!!!

That would have saved me a telephone call. My only wish was there were a few Executive suites reserved as well. Its like $250/nite to upgrade. Ouch!

Thanks Don. We looked at that initially and they didn’t offer a break, but we will put it on the list for next year.
