By now, all members should have received an email from us over this past weekend containing an open letter to Cirrus discussing some changes in Cirrus’s refund policy. In this letter we discussed our request to Cirrus Design Corp to:
Clearly explain their policies to all contract holders/customers;
Advise all customers whenever their policies change; and;
Fulfill any written or verbal representations that they have made to existing customers regarding deposit refunds and deal fairly with those customers who were not informed of the change in policy at the time they accepted a delivery date.
