You must be a COPA member to order the 2005 calendar - one more good reason to join COPA if you’ve been sitting on the fence!
This is not a real event, but an order form for your COPA 2005 Calendar. The calendar will be as filled with beautiful photos taken by COPA members. Last year’s was in high demand. It’s a limited printing, so order now to be sure to get a copy. This ‘event’ will be removed when our printing is sold out.
The calendars are $24 each - that includes mail within the continental USA. If you order calendars for mailing elsewhere, please place your order here at $24 per copy, and we’ll bill you for any difference.
Use the # of people field to indicate the number of calendars you wish to order, and use the Comments field to indicate the shipping address.
IMPORTANT: For shipments within the continental USA, fill in your shipping address in this format:
NAME, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP.
For example:
Joe Pilot, 123 Any Street Apt 2B, Las Vegas, NV, 89112
Others - please fill in the information in a similar fashion - for example:
Marmaduke English,9 East Cross House, 12 East Cross Way, Brentworth, London, TW9 9DF, England
