Vola et Salus?

In my best John Cleese voice: " ‘Fly and the Safety’? Conjugate the verb ‘to fly.’ "

Wouldn’t “Cum Salute Volate” be more appropriate (“Fly with Safety”), or “Vivite Cum Salute Volare” (“Live to Fly with Safety”) or “Vivite et Cum Salute Volate” (“Live and Fly Safely”). I guess the question is: what is it supposed to mean?

Latinuser…
Good catch! It’s supposed to mean, “Flight and Safety”, two focal points for COPA. You’re quite right - we botched the Latin. That’s my fault, the result of not communicating clearly in ENGLISH when I explained what we needed.

Anyway, it’s been fixed. The final logo is .

By the way, “SECURITAS” was considered instead of “SALUS” - but as you can see, SALUS won.

Thanks,

Mike.
