Am I the only person that tried the link in the COPA magazine to book a room, and it “make reservation” button doesn’t work. And the website here says check back for reservations. Which is it??

The link looks to be working for me. When you click that Make A Reservation button on the hotel’s page, it bumps you down the page a little further where you enter the dates for your stay. Once you do that, click “Find Dates” and that will push you through the reservation process.

I have it figured out. To help others out, don’t pay attention to the first part where it asks you for the check in date and number of nights. Go to the “Find Dates” button, press it. Then scroll down and press the check in date, then scroll down and press the check out date, press “Make Reservation”, and viola, you’ve done it!
I just booked 4 nights, easy peasy thanks to the tip above.
