Maximum performance operations

A long time back there was a discussion on short-field work.

I was wondering how people were doing now, as some of you have had a few hundred hours in your birds and are probably starting to get the hang of maximum performance operations. How short are your short field take-offs/landings

Do the POH numbers hold-up? Do you notice the performace degrading more than the standard Cessna 10% per every…? I would think this would be a limitation of the laminar flow wing… you need a higher % speed per thousand foor density altitude.
