I would like to keep my FAA license current while I live in Australia
and have heard from some sources it is possible to have a class II medical done in Australia but a FAA qualified / recognised medical examiner and also to have a flight review and IPC done by a FAA recognised CFI / examiner
So far I haven’t had any luck finding either
Do such people exist in Australia?
Medical in Perth!
I got mine there.

Go to THIS site and search for AME in Australia. There are a number of them.
As far as a biennial or IPC I don’t have a link to those authorized to conduct those reviews. You might try going to a large flight school down there and see if they have any suggestions.
Where are you based?
Thanks for the speedy response
I’m based in Brisbane so I’ll search there.
I’ve tried a few of the bigger flying schools here and they just look at me with a blank face…
Thanks again
Thanks Jerrold, I’ve tried the link but entering AME and Australia doesn’t give me anything
Jim, How did you find your AME in Perth?
