Our Traffic Advisory box on our G2 keeps overheating and shutting down, despite having replaced the fan. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Did you check for a leak in the heated cabin air ducting that passes the 497 box?
I will check, but it overheats when the cabin heating is off.
