Ah, now I see it. Given that I could not find any disclaimers to telephone LMFS on that page, my guess is the FAA would give you a pass.
I just briefed an IFR flight on the LMFS site and asked for updates through e-mail to adverse conditions. TFRs are supposed to be included. I’ll probably call a briefer too and will ask whether their TFR source is the same as what we get from the website.
